Thread: Glide 40 wt in denim, pink rose, and celery
How I quilted it:
Intricate arches and fillers on the tulips provide a contrast against the breezy texture of free motion “graffiti” style swirls, paisleys, and waves, in the navy negative space. A 1/2-inch echo around the blooms enhances the separation and gives the eye a break between chaos and order. Green thread adds grasses and plants between the stems near the bottom.
